Organizational Leadership Coaching

In contrast to team coaching, organizational coaching is ideal for entire companies who desire the benefits of coaching at every level from top management all the way to the most junior employees. We start this process with a company-wide kick off event featuring a key-note address by On Target founder, Bruce Bright. We then create a customized plan of how our coaching process can be implemented at every level of your organization. This level of organizational engagement is customized for every company. Organizational coaching clients have access to all On Target training tools during and after their coaching engagement.
