BIRMINGHAM, AL – Colonel Bruce Bright, USMC (ret.), CCIM will serve as a guest speaker at the Bench & Bar 2009, to be held Friday-Sunday, December 4-6, 2009 at Marriott's Grand Hotel in Point Clear, AL.

Col Bright is scheduled to speak at the seminar on Friday, December 4, where he will discuss how to get the most out of Generation Y. He will help attendees make sense of the differences in Generation Y, Generation X, Baby Boomers and The Greatest Generation and how to maneuver these differences through communication in order to prosper diverse firms.

The seminar portion of the weekend will be followed by the Howell T. Heflin Award Presentation and a cocktail party and silent auction. All proceeds go to benefit the Mobile Bar Foundation.

About Bruce Bright
Col Bright served four years as a Marine Rifleman and 24 years as a Marine F/A-18 Fighter Pilot. He completed naval flight training and was awarded his Wings of Gold in 1988 and was then selected for the Leadership Award from The Basic School in Quantico, VA. Additionally, Col Bright served two combat tours in the Middle East.
