Individual Leadership Coaching

On Target Leading’s individual coaching provides one-on-one custom leadership development opportunities for managers and executives. Our coaching framework ensures that the coach and client establish a sound and constructive relationship. The coach builds on this relationship, supervising assessments, challenging the participant in a manner that encourages the stretch required for development, and ultimately supporting the participant to insure positive change. Individual coaching clients have access to all On Target training tools during and after their coaching engagement.

Includes 24 calls/12 hours annually.
